Welcome to the HOTORNOT Restaurant website. Due to a fire, the restaurant's closed pending complete insurance resolution. I want to thank you for your continued interest and support of my 16 year "labor of passion" endeavor. Our phone, 219-762-1984, will continue to be your source of updates and information about the business. For the multitudes of friends and customers who continue to call, I'm grateful...it is always so good to talk to you! We look forward to the business being operational soon. Starting and operating the HotorNot for over a decade has been a life-changing, fulfilling, and financially rewarding experience - from humble, tough beginnings to being selected "Restaurant of the Year", winning the R.O.S.E. Award, and culinary achievement recognition at State and National levels The business has incredible legacy value and a six figure income customer base waiting for the word that it's back. The right entrepreneur in the right location, i.e. Route 6 or especially downtown Valparaiso with available 3-way liquor licenses cannot go wrong. There is so much more to tell you!
