| Below are listed the 12 selections that make up the Premiere Menu. You may order as many or as few items as you like. For instance, if you order four items such as Etouffee, Chicken Creole, Jambalaya then your plate will be filled with each item taking up one quarter of the plate. We encourage you to try a sampling of everything! Where food is already seasoned it is indicated so. We are sure you will enjoy this cuisine as much as we have enjoyed bringing Lousiana cajun to you, as well as our top entertainers. Enjoy!
